PROCEDURE FOLLOWED IN DECISION-MAKING PROCESS
Section – 4(1)(b)(iii)
 
1.      It is stated that the present staff strength in this Board is one Registrar, two LDC, one Gest. Operator and one Peon. On receiving of application it is marked by the Registrar for diary and to dealing Asstt. for further process. The letters are diarized on the same day. Thereafter, letters/applications are dealt by the dealing Asstt. and put to Registrar within 2-3 days for approval/signature and disposal. If application relates to policy matter, then Registrar refer the matter to the Chairman for placing it before the Board. The Chairman convene Board’s meeting within a week’s time for disposal. The minutes of the Board’s meeting got approved and circulate within a week’s time as per provision of Delhi Homoeopathic Act, 1956. Accordingly, actions are taken at the earliest possible.
 
2.      On receiving application for registration as per Schedule-I the registration are issued within a week’s time. The registration cases belonging to Schedule-II are sent (within 2-3 days) for verification to concerned State Board/Council/ University. On receiving the verification, the registration certificate is issued within 2-3 days.
